A .94" retaining ring for an American Scroll mower or any other device requiring this specific size is what I'm looking for. The measurement given refers to the outside diameter of the ring itself, not the bolt it attaches to. My experiment using PETG at a temperature of 260 degrees Celsius yielded promising results. ABS should also work well, but PLA might be too fragile due to its brittleness. A 100% infill setting is recommended.
