I started by crafting a part that was essentially a direct reproduction of the original retainer clip, but with a major difference - it had to be made from PLA instead of the soft plastic used in the original parts. The rigid nature of PLA proved to be a challenge, requiring several iterations before I got it just right. Each iteration brought me closer to my goal: creating a part that was not only functional but also easy to install and remove without causing any damage to the game board. It wasn't until I refined the design to meet these specific requirements that I finally felt confident in sharing my creation with others. If you're interested in learning more about this project, I'd be happy to share some additional resources.
