A Collection of 10 3D Exterior Models of Restaurants. 4 models include site plans. Large discount for purchasing the entire collection. Includes Wendy's, Panda Express, Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Chipotle, Burger King, Subway, Panera Bread, and Popeyes. Models developed using 3ds Max 2015 with Vray 3.00.07 and HDRI Sun, maps not included except for Taco Bell. All models to scale and dimensions provided. Each model in a Zip File including textures, 3ds Max 2015, Max 2014, Max 2012, Autocad 2013, FBX 2014 or 2015, 3DS 2015, OBJ 2015. Textures need to be reloaded. Models grouped into 1 group for easy scene management and set to 0,0,0 Axis. - Wendy's: Brick, Metal Panel, Stone Colored Panels, Corrugated Metal Panels, and Metal Trim. Approximately: 90'-0' x 45'-0'. Polygons: 84,132, Vertices: 44,538. Modeled in Revit, brought into 3ds Max, some objects were remodeled and corrected in Max. Menu Board Black Text can be changed out easily, made as 3ds Max text. Lower Quality renderings rendered in revit. Pylon Sign Included and Grouped in its own group as well as main model group. Material images included for Concrete, Brick, Wendys logo face, menu on windows (menu images and logo downloaded from online, buyer is responsible for getting proper approvals/permissions. RTU Units included. Top row of windows are Spandrel Panels. Brick Detail Soldier course shown and map included. - Panda Express: Exterior Model of a Panda Express Chinese Restaurant. Materials in design are: Wood Panels, Brick, Aluminum Composite Panels, Stone Base & Stone Base cap, Stucco. Modeled to Scale and proportions, Building size is: 60'-0' x 52'-0'. Polygons: 181,486, Vertices: 93,789. Modeled in Revit and brought into 3ds max, some objects re-modeled for reduced poly and vert. count. Maps Included: Wood, Concrete, Mulch, Brick, & Stone. Stucco finish has concrete as bump map for texture realism. Round Panda Express Sign Modeled in 3ds Max: Signage is all modeled with color materials no jpeg. - Taco Bell: Models come with everything rendered, and 3ds Max file is setup high quality in Max 2015. Lower quality images are rendered in Max 09 with lower settings (less powerful computer used for renderings in max 09). To make night renderings signage has a 'Material' modifier, slide the material # to #2 to get night time material on the objects and sun settings will have to be changed to see the building light up. - Dunkin Donuts: Polygons: 240,646, Vertices: 128,551. Dunkin Donuts Building Model, Exterior Only (interior only has a few interior walls and drop ceiling). Modeled in Revit 2015, brought into 3ds max for renderings. All objects are named in 3ds max. Only textures are concrete for slab and plywood texture for siding, all others are made with vray settings. Fiber cement lapped siding with stucco/eifs. All Colors matched per DD color palette. - Starbucks: 3D Model of a Starbucks Coffee Building. Brick, running bond and stack bond building. Modeled to Scale and Size: 70'-0' L x 29'-6'W x 17'-8'H. Polygons: 358,033, Vertices: 189,882. Modeled in Revit and merged into 3ds Max, some parts were remodeled. Model contains all bolts (extruded circles). Polygons and Vertices w. Bolt: Polygon: 1,131,514, Vertices: 586,118. Polygons and Vertices if Bolts erased: Polygon: 104,738, Vertices: 55,300. Starbucks Signage modeled in 3ds Max (revit has signage brought in as DWG and exported from 3ds Max). Additional formats may not include all items such as bolts, not all items were allowed to export due to large size of polygons.
