The models include Retail-021 Burger King, Retail-023 Subway, Retail-025 Panera Bread, and Retail-027 Popeyes, all modeled in 3ds Max 2015 using Vray 3.00.07 and HDRI Sun, but without HDRI maps. Each model is scaled to size, with details on dimensions provided for each restaurant. The models are available as zip files containing textures, 3DS Max 2015, Max 2014, Max 2012, Autocad 2013, FBX 2014 or 2015, and OBJ 2015 formats. The zip files also include detailed elements such as canopies, signs, lighting fixtures, and furniture. However, textures will need to be reloaded after extraction.
