The building boasts 10 identical bays, featuring a light tan brick facade with horizontal corrugated metal panel infill at the front, complete with a front sidewalk, side alley, side sidewalk for street connection, rear sidewalk, and doors. A 3D model of a strip mall/outdoor Mall with five tenants is included as shown in renderings. Each bay is the same size, making it easy to swap out doors and walls between the brick piers to add additional tenants. The model is scaled to imperial units: building dimensions are 52'x166'x16' H, while the entire site measures 96' x 166'. Model statistics include: Building polygons: 52,340 Vertices: 69,553 Building polygons without rooftop mechanical units: 24,400 Vertices: 33,213 Site polygons: 880 Vertices: 1,048 Signage is included, as well as sidewalks, grass, curbs, road, and no parking signs. The interior features acoustical ceiling tile and demising walls, but nothing else. Road surfaces show oil marks, curb lines, and parking spaces. Grass features a subdivision to display the 3D effect. Model objects are grouped into logical categories for easy scene movement: one group for the site and another for the building. The model is set at the origin point (0,0,0) axis. Created in 3ds Max, the model was rendered using Vray and an HDRI sky. The HDRI map is not included. Textures are provided in a zip file; however, they may need to be relinked. The site is designed to be easily expanded with other buildings, making it part of a larger set of street structures. Please note that the model was created in 3ds Max, and while other formats are provided, they have not been tested in other software.
