Each bay is the same size, allowing for easy swapping out of doors and walls between the brick piers to add additional tenants. Modeled in 3ds Max, rendered using Vray and HDRI sky. The HDRI map is not included. All textures are included in a Zip File, but may need to be relinked. The site is modeled to be expanded on with other buildings, as part of a set of other street buildings.
