This 3D exterior model features a scaled replica of El Pollo Loco restaurant along with its site plan. The building measures approximately 39' x 76' x 21' high, comprising of 197,396 polygons and 130,900 vertices. The site area is 232'x228', consisting of 97,408 polygons and 130,916 vertices. Materials used include metal, EIFS, brick, tile, grass, and concrete. The model includes an exterior enclosure, canopy, signage (text and logo), textures, doors and windows, light fixtures with IES lights, trash enclosure, road, parking striping, directional striping, grass, handicap parking signs, and light poles. Menu boards, order screens, height poles are also included. The model is created in 3ds Max and rendered using Vray and HDRI sky. All textures are provided in the zip file, but will need to be relinked from the folder. Objects are grouped for easy scene movement, named accordingly for scene management, set to 0,0,0 axis, and the interior is not modeled. The model may require modifications when imported into other software.
