This high detail 3D exterior model of a Wendy's restaurant features the building and its site, accurately scaled and dimensioned in imperial units. The building measures approximately 83' x 31' x 20' high at the main parapet, with 63,803 polygons and 61,794 vertices. The expansive site spans 332'x435', containing 97,478 polygons and 61,992 vertices. Materials included are metal panel, metal, fiber cement panel, stone, glass, grass, road, and pavement markings. The model encompasses the exterior only and exterior site, including an exterior enclosure, canopy, Wendy's signage (pylon and wall), textures, doors and windows, light fixtures with IES lights, trash enclosure, sidewalks, handicap parking signs, light poles, direction arrows, menu board, order screen, height pole, patio furniture (table, chairs, umbrellas). Rendered using Vray in 3ds Max and an HDRI sky, the model is grouped for easy scene management. Textures are included in a zip file but will need to be relinked. The building objects and site objects are both grouped into one group each for ease of use. Named accordingly for efficient scene navigation, the model's origin is set at 0,0,0 axis. While the interior is not modeled, the FBX file includes a 'Shell Modifier' added to some polygons objects for Unity Import.
