A 3D exterior model of a Burger King restaurant is presented at high detail. The dimensions are approximately 90' x 39' x 18' high, with materials like standing seam roof, EIFS, metal panel, tile, and fiber cement. The model features the exterior enclosure, canopy, signs, roof-top mechanical units, textures, doors, windows, and a roof hatch. Created in 3ds Max and rendered using Vray and HDRI sky, it's grouped for easy scene movement and named for management ease. While textures are included, the HDRI map isn't. The interior is not modeled, and the model is set to 0,0,0 axis. As it was made in 3ds Max, other software formats may need modifications. An FBX file includes 3ds Max's 'Shell Modifier' for Unity import thickness.
