A detailed 3D exterior model of a Burger King restaurant is presented, measuring approximately 75' x 35' x 19'-8' at the main parapet and 22'-8' at the high parapet. The materials used include standing seam roof, EIFS, metal panel, tile, and stone. Features of the model consist of an exterior enclosure, canopy, Burger King signs, rooftop mechanical units on curbs, textures, doors, and windows. The model was created in 3ds Max and rendered using V-Ray and HDRI sky. Textures are included in a zip file, but will need to be relinked from the folder. All objects are grouped for easy scene movement, named for efficient management, and set to 0,0,0 axis. The interior is not modeled except for some interior walls. Note that the model was made in 3ds Max, and other formats may require modifications in different software. An FBX file has a 'Shell Modifier' added to certain polygonal objects for Unity Import, providing thickness. Enjoy!
