An extensive 3D exterior model of an Aldi Food Market, a grocery store is offered, sizable at approximately 18,200 square feet (measuring 102' x 197' x 16'-9' high, with the highest point reaching 24'-7'). Constructed from materials such as brick, concrete, metals, and roofing, this model was created in 3ds Max and rendered using Vray and HDRI sky (however, the HDRI map is not included). A recessed loading dock for deliveries, service entry, and signage are also incorporated. The textures needed are enclosed in a zip file but may require relinking from the folder. All model objects are grouped together for easy scene manipulation, with the model set at 0,0,0 axis. However, the interior is not modeled. It should be noted that this model was created in 3ds Max and while FBX formats have been provided, they may need modifications when used in other software; buyers are responsible for any required corrections and can reach out for assistance if necessary. Additionally, the FBX file includes 3ds Max's 'Shell Modifier' added to some polygon objects to give thickness for Unity import.
