A detailed 3D exterior model of a retail store is available, featuring signage that can be customized for various stores like grocery, department, electronics or clothing. The model measures +/- 15,084 sq ft with dimensions of 84' x 206' x 16'-9" high and 19'-3" at the highest point. It is constructed using materials such as brick, EIFS, concrete, metals, and roofing. The model has been created in 3ds Max and rendered using Vray and HDRI sky; however, the HDRI map is not included. A recessed loading dock for deliveries with a service entry is also modeled, along with signage. All textures are provided in a zip file, but may need relinking. The objects are grouped into one for easy scene movement, and the model's axis is set to 0,0,0. Unfortunately, the interior is not included. The model was made in 3ds Max, and other formats may require modifications. An FBX file includes 3ds Max' Shell Modifier for Unity import. Enjoy!
