This 3D exterior model showcases an Aldi grocery store with a size of approximately 15,084 square feet (84' x 206' x 16'-9' high, 19'-3' at the highest point). Materials used include brick, EIFS, concrete, metals, and roofing. Created in 3ds Max and rendered with Vray and HDRI sky, this model includes a recessed loading dock, signage, and all textures within a zip file. Note that the interior is not modeled, and while it's set to 0,0,0 axis for easy scene movement, other software formats may need modifications. An FBX file contains 3ds Max 'Shell Modifier' for Unity Import.
