A 3D exterior model of Panera Bread restaurant is available, sized at approximately 4,600 square feet with dimensions of 86' x 48' x 18-0'' at the main parapet. The model features EIFS, metal, and brick building materials and includes elements such as exterior enclosure, awnings, signage, roof top mechanical units on curbs, textures, doors and windows, light fixture with IES light for light fixtures, and an interior slab. The model is designed in 3ds Max and rendered using Vray and HDRI sky (without the HDRI map). Textures are included in a zip file, but may need to be relinked from the folder. The objects are grouped into one for easy scene movement, with the model set to 0,0,0 axis. Note that the interior isn't modeled, and while the FBX file includes a 3ds Max 'Shell Modifier' for Unity import, other formats may require modifications in other software. Enjoy!
