A 3D exterior model of a Subway restaurant is provided, including the building and site. The building measures approximately 70' x 24' x 14-6'' at its main parapet, with 22,097 polygons and 32,381 vertices. The site spans 174' x 120', featuring 14,089 polygons and 12,803 vertices. Materials used are EIFS and metal. The model includes the exterior enclosure, canopies, Subway signage, roof-top mechanical units on curbs, textures, doors and windows, a light fixture in the rear, some interior walls and slab (exterior model), grass, sidewalk, order machine/sign, curbs, parking wheel stops, handicap signs, parking stripes and signage, trash enclosure, tables with umbrellas, and street oil slicks. The 3ds Max file utilizes Vray rendering with HDRI sky, but the HDRI map is not included. Textures are provided in a zip file, though relinking may be required. Both building and site objects are grouped for easy scene movement. The model's origin is set to 0,0,0 axis, and some objects have UVW unwrap applied for texturing. Interior modeling is limited to a few walls only. The model was made in 3ds Max, and other formats may need modifications in different software. An FBX file has added 'Shell Modifier' to certain polygons for Unity import, giving thickness to objects. Enjoy your purchase!
