This 3D exterior model showcases a Subway restaurant, with dimensions of approximately 70' x 24' x 14-6" at the main parapet. Made from EIFS and metal materials, it features an enclosure, canopies, Subway signage, rooftop mechanical units on curbs, textures, doors, windows, a light fixture in the rear, and some interior walls and slab. Modeled using 3ds Max and rendered with Vray and HDRI sky, this exterior model comes with all textures included in a zip file, requiring relinking from a folder. The building objects are grouped for easy scene movement, set to 0, 0, 0 axis, and interior modeling is limited. Note that the model was created in 3ds Max, and other formats may require modifications. An FBX file includes 3ds Max's 'Shell Modifier' for Unity import.
