This meticulously detailed 3D exterior model of a Burger King restaurant measures approximately 70' x 37' x 19' at the main parapet and 22' at the high parapet. The bottom of the canopy is 9'-0". It accurately follows the prototype design, featuring fiber cement panels, EIFS, and a metal canopy. The model includes an exterior enclosure, canopy, Burger King signs, roof-top mechanical units on curbs, textures, switchgear box with a warning sign, doors, windows, light fixtures, and an IES file for lights. Created in 3ds Max and rendered using Vray and HDRI sky, the model is provided as a 3ds Max format, with all objects grouped into one for easy scene movement and set to 0,0,0 axis. The interior isn't modeled except for a few interior walls, and the model has not been tested in other software; buyers may need to make adjustments. The FBX file includes 3ds Max's 'Shell Modifier' added to some polygons objects for Unity import, giving them thickness.
