A detailed 3D exterior model of a Walgreens retail store is available, measuring approximately 14,800 square feet (130' x 114' x 22'-10'). The building features a metal panel entry and canopy, with EIFS on the sides and brick as the primary material. This model was created in 3ds Max, rendered using Vray and HDRI sky, but does not include the HDRI map. It includes signage, light fixtures, and all textures in a zip file that requires relinking from the folder. The model objects are grouped for easy scene movement, set to 0,0,0 axis, and features an unmodeled interior. Please be aware that this model was made in 3ds Max and may require adjustments when using other software. An FBX file includes 3ds Max's 'Shell Modifier' for Unity Import.
