This high-detailed 3D model showcases an extensive retail store with a corrugated metal panel façade and a 20,000 square feet layout. Customizable in terms of color and signage, it can be placed independently or within a mall site. The model is crafted in 3ds Max using V-Ray rendering and HDRI sky and comes with textures for ease of use. While the interior isn't included, all objects are grouped under one for simple scene manipulation. Note that other formats may require modifications before use, and buyer responsibility applies. The FBX file has a 3ds Max Shell Modifier added to some polygons for Unity Import.
