A high-detailed 3D exterior model of a versatile retail store is available, suitable for grocery, electronics, toy or furniture shops. The building can be situated independently or within a mall setting. Measuring approximately 20,000 square feet with dimensions of 160' x 125' x 20'-0" high and 29'-9" at its highest point, it features corrugated metal panel entry and canopy, EIFS on the sides, and split-face CMU walls. Constructed with materials such as CMU blocks, EIFS, concrete, metals, corrugated metal panels, and roofing, the color of these elements can be customized to your preference. Modeled in 3ds Max and rendered using Vray and HDRI sky, the HDRI map is not included. The model includes a recessed loading dock for deliveries, signage that can be easily changed to any store name, a light fixture, and all necessary textures. Grouped objects are conveniently placed within one group for scene movement. Set at 0,0,0 axis, the interior is not modeled. As it was made in 3ds Max, other formats may require adjustments in different software. An FBX file includes a 3ds Max Shell Modifier for Unity Import.
