A detailed 3D exterior model of a retail store awaits you, suitable for a grocery, electronics, or toy shop. Position it independently or in a mall setting. The building measures approximately 48,000 square feet (232' x 197' x 37'-7" at its highest point) and features a metal panel entry with a canopy, EIFS sides, and stone corners. Corrugated metal panels adorn the corners for added detail. Materials include CMU blocks, EIFS, stone, concrete, metals, metal panels, and roofing, all in red hues that are changeable. Originally modeled in Revit and imported into 3ds Max, the model was rendered using Vray and HDRI sky. However, the HDRI map is not included. The retail store model includes a loading dock for trucks and shopping cart storage on the exterior corners. Signage is also provided, easily editable to any font or text. All textures are included in a ZIP file, but may need relinking upon extraction. The model's objects are grouped together for easy scene movement, with an origin at 0,0,0 axis. The interior remains unmodeled. Please be aware that the model was created in 3ds Max, and other formats may require adjustments depending on your software. Enjoy!
