A 3D exterior model of a combined Toys R Us and Babies R Us store has been created with dimensions of approximately 48,000 square feet (232' x 197' x 37'-7" at its highest point). The materials used in the model include CMU blocks, EIFS, stone, concrete, metals, and roofing. Originally designed in Revit and then imported into 3ds Max for cleaning and remodeling, the model was rendered using Vray and HDRI sky. However, the HDRI map is not included. The model features a loading dock for trucks and signage. All textures are contained within the Zip file, but they will need to be relinked from the folder. The model's objects are grouped together for easy scene movement, with its origin set at 0,0,0. Regrettably, the interior of the store has not been modeled. It should be noted that this model was created in 3ds Max and other formats provided have not been tested in alternative software, so adjustments may be required.
