This is a 6,271 square foot auto repair shop with a 3D model featuring both exterior and interior designs. The interior includes walls, lift, tool cart, doors, and windows constructed of CMU blocks on a concrete floor and EIFS walls. It has nine garage bays, four car lifts, and a tool cart. The interior also features an office, lobby, and restroom with modeled walls but no furniture. An advertisement signage is included, which can be customized to different names. A trash enclosure is located on the side of the building. The model is scaled and measured at approximately 55' x 115' x 18' H. It was modeled in 3ds Max 2015 and rendered using Vray and HDRI lights, with HDRI not included. Interior Vray lights are provided.
