We manufactured boards for stabilizing a patient's neck and shoulders during initial aid procedures, particularly for spine, neck, and shoulder injuries. The materials we utilized consisted of 22mm plywood sheets, producing an array of identical boards in mass quantities - literally by the hundred! I had personally considered employing thicker plywood sheets, such as 25mm ply, to introduce an extra level of firmness into the finished product. However, our customer explicitly requested the 22mm option for the end result.
