Low-poly model suitable for VR, AR, games and real-time applications includes four objects grouped together: a ceramic soap dispenser, a steel paper holder with toilet paper, an empty plastic trash can, and a steel toilet brush. The model has correct topology, names, and real-world size. It comes with two texture packs - one for new items (no scratches, dust or dirt) and another for old, used items (with scratches, dirt, and scrapes). Textures are 4096*4096 PNG files created in Substance Painter. The package includes albedo opacity maps, two normal maps (OpenGL and DirectX), a packed ARM with AO, roughness, and metallic channels, and separate Metallness glossiness and Roughness maps. The paper holder has 561 vertices, 563 faces, and 1099 triangles; the soap dispenser has 134 vertices, 112 faces, and 218 triangles; the trash can has 144 vertices, 142 faces, and 284 triangles; and the toilet brush has 128 vertices, 47 faces, and 228 triangles. The model is renderable in Marmoset.
