This is a large-scale, realistic model of a cafe restaurant interior designed by an experienced architect. Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 software, the model measures 30 meters in length, 25 meters in width, and 3 meters in height. The restaurant area consists of 25,215 polygons and 29,470 vertices, occupying a total space of 30x25x3 meters. Details within the model include 514,767 polygons and 298,102 vertices. This model is suitable for various purposes such as real-time use, game development in Unity or UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architectural design. The model's geometry features high-quality meshes with clean edge flow, low-poly counts, and easy editability. Geometry has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons to ensure optimal performance. Similar objects are instances, making it simple to change or replace them as needed. The Shell Modifier is applied and disabled on glass objects. Presentation images have been rendered using 3ds Max's V-Ray 3.20 rendering engine. Wireframe images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing purposes. The product includes VRayLight, VRayHDRI, and VRayCamera settings, making it ready to render out-of-the-box. This model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials, along with JPG and PNG textures stored in a separate archive.
