Respirator-RJ-V2
thingiverse
This design represents a significant upgrade over previous iterations. Notable improvements include the addition of drainage channels to collect condensed water and a hole with a plug that incorporates sponge material for holding condensate. Furthermore, a front cover has been integrated, providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance while minimizing the "surprised face" look. While this design is not intended for professional medical use, it can be sealed and utilized for various purposes such as dust protection. The glasses-friendly nature of this design should be emphasized. Sharp edges underneath the eyes require attention to detail; they must either be heat-bended or trimmed according to individual facial contours to ensure a comfortable fit. Filter grids were chosen for their snug fit, ensuring that they do not become loose during use. A deliberate decision was made to omit an exhale valve, as facemasks with unfiltered exhale valves are prohibited in my country. If you show appreciation for this design, I will happily provide photos of my 3D printer being supplied by recycled plastic from your generous tip.
