Respirator Mask
thingiverse
I built this respirator using Matterhackers TPU or Ninja Flex for the mask portion and PETG for the filter housing. The filter housing is engineered to snap together through a 38mm hole in the mask. If you plan to use HEPA filter material from a furnace filter, do your research and understand the risks of glass fiber inhalation before proceeding. There's a spot to insert a piece of mechanical wire to form the mask to the bridge of your nose. There are also three tabs on each side for several varieties of strap locations. It took me six hours to print this respirator using an Ender 3 Pro and S3D slicer.
