Improved Heavier Duty Version of My Gas Mask/Respirator Design This New Model is a Game Changer: It's Half the Size, Easier to Print, Looks Great, Weighs Less Than Half as Much, and Has Two Options for Purge Valves (One Way Valve). The Problem with the Old Design was That the Valve Had to Face Up or it Wouldn't Work. Not So with This Improved Version - It Works Even Upside Down! However, It Requires More Parts than the Original. The Filters are Made Exactly Like the Older Ones; Just Make Sure You're Using Activated Carbon for Gas Filters and Not Fluid Filters. PURGE VALVE "A" & PURGE VALVE "B" are Silicone Molds that Need to be Printed in 0.1 Layer Height. Insert 4 X 3mm Rods into Part A, Add a Big Blob of Silicone to Fill the Cup Completely, Then Press Part B on Top Using the Alignment Rods for Perfect Alignment. Let it Harden Overnight or Use a Diving Snorkel as an Alternative. ITEMS REQUIRED: Silicone 4 x 3mm X 50mm L Rods (OR 1 Diving Snorkel) !!!
