It's a adapter to fit filters from other brand of respirator mask, but I can't remember brand names now ( MOLDEX or something like that, it's a full mask, and i needed to fit half mask's filters). I thought it may be useful for someone. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IT'S AIR-TIGHT STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY!
