Respirator Face Mask by Dan Passmore
thingiverse
A Versatile Respirator Frame for #4 Cone Coffee Filter. I Successfully Printed This in ABS on My Afinia 400. The Frame Seals Extremely Well and Easily Adjusts to Any Face Shape. If You Don't Have Access to a 3D Printer, You Can Print Out the Face Mask Pattern and Cut It Out of Thin Plastic or Even Cardboard if That's All You Have Available. Good Luck with Your Efforts! Youth Size Frame Accommodates a #2 Cone Coffee Filter or a Trimmed Down #4 Filter. Barbed Elastic Bands Make the Best Straps, But You Can Create Your Own Using Whatever Materials You Have Lying Around. I Made the Strap Shown Using Rubber Bands and Pieces of Electric Wire. There is No Cost Involved, but Donations Are Appreciated to Help Cover Materials and Shipping Costs at: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme2/facemaskbyDP Or Send a Donation by Mail to Dan Passmore at 101 Keck St., Clarendon, PA 16313.
