<p>Respirator without exhalation valve.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Respirators should be printed using a TPE 90A fillament.<br/> Interface pattern spacing: 0.3 mm.<br/> Contact Z distance: 0.3 mm.<br/> Max print speed: 30 mm/s.<br/> Small perimeters, External perimeters and First layer speed: 20 mm/s.<br/> It is very important to use some sticky tape as seen in video: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z05HtwNZtJQ">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z05HtwNZtJQ</a>.</p> <p>Filter should be printed using a PLA fillament.<br/> I used temperature 220°C for the first and other layers.<br/> There is no other limitation of standard settings.</p> <p>It is good to cut filter from combination of vacuum bag paper and some cloth.</p> <p>Good health<br/> (c) 2020 Zdenek Oprsal</p>
