Resonant Frequency Phone Charger

Here is my concept for a Resonant Frequency Generator for charging a cell phone or any low voltage device. There is a Heat-Treated, Wrought Aluminium Alloy Tuning Fork with Neodymium Rare Earth Magnets as Adjustable Weights. The weights can be adjusted up or down on the fork to perfectly tune the frequency of the fork to 86.13 Hz. In 1973 Dr. Wolfgang Ludwing discovered that the Earth's electromagnetic field resonates at a very specific frequency of 7.83 cycles per second. This is a very low frequency that is difficult to manipulate, but because the 11th Harmonic (87.13 Hz) is the least balanced before smoothing out at the 12th harmonic, this should allow for maximum energy extraction into the vibrating magnet weights. This vibrating magnet field produces AC power that is sent through a bridge rectifier to be converted to DC. This DC pulsing signal is then smoothed out by two capacitors before entering the 5vdc regulator that operates the wireless charge pad. 86.13hz is not audible to the human ear, but if the device was set down on a table it would rattle around making noise without the 4 vibration isolation pads. I truly have no idea if this would work, and if it is even possible to tune the fork to that specific of a Hertz. Nikola Tesla once said "If you wish to understand the universe think of energy, frequency, and vibration" I think taking a second look at manipulating the Earth's natural electromagnetic frequency is in humanity's best interest. Build a better future together!
