UPDATE: REV-B WORKS PRETTY WELL. I've slept with it for two nights in a row and can't tell the difference between the original part and my clone once the lights are off. My ResMed Ultra Mirage Full Face Mask for my CPAP broke - again. The piece that breaks is probably $1 worth of plastic, but I'm forced to spend $250 on a whole new mask. This design, if it works out, will pay for my 3D printer after just two breaks. Although I'll likely spend more than $250 worth of time figuring out how to model this complex part, I look at it as time well spent.
