ResMed style Nasal Pillow Side Straps STL and Step files
thingiverse
I've had my fair share of dealing with CPAP/Bipap head straps breaking and having to MacGyver something together using a rubber band or other makeshift solution. But now I'm excited to try out this improvised strap holder made from generic TPU, which seems perfect for the job. I'm thinking any material would work just fine, and better than nothing at all is always a good thing. My first attempt fit very snugly indeed! To improve on that design, I've added a bit more clearance for attaching to the nasal area. The original STEP CAD files and STLs are included, so you can send them directly to your slicer. This strap holder will work beautifully on an Ender 3 bed, printed separately at an angle almost completely diagonal. If you try to print both sides together, you'll likely encounter some stringing issues due to the TPU material. Printing each side separately might just produce a neater finished product. With this solution, you can enjoy a restful night's sleep and put those snoring problems behind you.
