A relative of mine has a ResMed ASV machine equipped with an oxygen generator, and their hose adapter began showing signs of cracking, leaking, and disconnecting sporadically in the dead of night. I quickly replicated the original design using Tinkercad, thanks to a $9 Harbor Freight caliper, which allowed me to create a snugger fit on the mask end than necessary. I've uploaded STL files with and without custom supports. After testing, I found them to be superior to Cura's supports, as they break away from the part more cleanly. Let me know if any revisions are needed; I'm always eager for feedback.
