②Resized screw for "Ender 3 PRO X Belt Tensioner" by trajesushttps://www.printables.com/model/123405-ender-3-pro-x-belt-tensioner I printed his belt tensioner with PETG but somehow screw and nut parts were too tight fit and couldn't even turn 1 round so I resized his model. Maybe its because of the type of filament but if you are stuck at this problem, this is the solution for you.①I also spread the distance between the arms that holds two bearing. ②Also added cylindrical spacer so that those plastic arms only hits the inside cylinder of the bearing to make it spin freely.③Also, I created more clearance between the bearing and this screw part. So that you can pass through the metal “crimped” end of the belt even after the installation. Original one, you have to remove the bearing to pass through/take out the belt.I resized the screw part to 98% scale in X Y axis. Z axis scale is the same 100% so thread pitch is still same. Now I can spin the nut smoothly. I'm using it with Ender 3 PRO. UPDATE: I added the customized shorter main body file as well. (Original one didn't work with my ender 3 pro, my belt was just a little bit short) I also extended the v slot insert part so that it will be more stable.
