Resized screw for "Ender 3 Pro Mod - Y Axis Tensioner" by Cornely_Coolhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3289057 I printed his belt tensioner with PETG but screw and nut parts were too tight fit and couldn't even turn 1 round so I resized his model. Maybe its because of the type of filament but if you are stuck at this problem, this is the solution for you.I also spread the distance between the arms that holds two bearing so that you can insert metal M4 washer in between and the edge of bearings won't hit the plastic arm and it will spin freely. I resized the screw part to 98% scale in X Y axis. Z axis scale is the same 100% so thread pitch is still same. Now I can spin the nut smoothly.
