This is a resized version of my original air carrier for the Shenhui SH-G3020 laser cutter/engraver. This greatly reduces the amount of scorching generated by the laser cutter. The original was too large and came into contact with the exhaust shroud. Print with inlet nozzle on build plate. I use supports just for the bottom overhang and put a support blocker for on the inside of the tube. The angled portion is designed with the <45 degree heuristic in mind so it should print well without internal or external supports. Reduce the number of outer walls and increase the number of top and bottom layers if you have trouble with print resolution on the mounting overhang.
