Resin Print in Place Fingers and Thumb
thingiverse
I'm standing on the shoulders of giants here as Julien's creation is amazing. After several failed attempts and this challenging print. I decided I wanted to make this with no assembly required. The print in place joints are made with 300um tolerances. There are islands within the joints that require support and break away as you start to open and close the finger. I saw some comments about the thumb having too many joints so I made a specific thumb file. For sizing, I suggest you print one and scale up or down as appropriate for all your fingers. IGES files are included if someone wants to take this further.
