Resin Print Curing Box
thingiverse
A curing box that fits the entire print volume of my Epax X1 or similar photon/mars device can be created with a magnetic door and 16x2.5MM neodymium magnets embedded in it, which I sourced from Daiso Japan, but 16x2mm magnets will also work if unavailable. The magnets attract to some m5 screws (2). A reflective material like foil tape or something similar is needed to line the inside of the box, or at least print the box white; I used aluminum foil tape. The body ended up being just over 700G when sliced and printed, so make sure to use an almost new spool with good adhesion to your bed to avoid curling. The following parts from Amazon and some hardware on hand were used: a switch, a power jack, a UV LED, magnets, two m5 screws (any type), two m3 screws (any type), four m3 flush head screws (any length), rubber feet for extra stability, and longer m6 screws (18-20mm) if you want to secure the LED to the frame.
