Resin Exposure Calibrator for 10um/25um layers
thingiverse
This project drew inspiration from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2674764 - however, a custom design was needed to accommodate 0.01mm and 0.025mm layer heights on my Kudo 3D Bean. The concept revolves around cubicles with single films that stand at 1 layer height high, positioned at 1 layer height offsets. To observe resin behavior at various exposures, configure your settings so the top 20 layers have distinct exposure levels. If a film remains intact, it indicates an adequate exposure; if it breaks, increased exposure is necessary. I've included the OpenSCAD source file I created, STL files, and a csv file with sample exposure times in Kudo3D Bean format. Additionally, a 'plates' file tailored for the Bean has been provided. Future plans involve making the OpenSCAD file generic; however, until then, custom versions are available for 10um and 25um.
With this file you will be able to print Resin Exposure Calibrator for 10um/25um layers with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Resin Exposure Calibrator for 10um/25um layers.
