This is a realistic, full-scale model of a High-rise Residential Complex with surroundings and parking lots designed by a professional architect. Building dimensions: 120×60×120 meters Landscape dimensions: 330m x 400m Units used: Centimeters LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE: This model is perfect for various purposes - real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. GEOMETRY: The model's mesh is of high quality, with smooth edge flow. Geometry is carefully checked for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add additional details or edit geometry. All similar objects are instances - easy to change or replace. Shell Modifier is applied but disabled for glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers: BLD_floors BLD_frames BLD_glass BLD_railings BLD_roof BLD_walls ENV ENV_buildings INT_walls PRESENTATION IMAGES: All preview images are rendered with 3.20 V-Ray.
