This is real-world-size model of low-poly 32-storey Residential Building in Amsterdam created by professional architect. Building dimensions: 65m x 40m x 100m, measured in centimeters. Originally designed with 3ds Max 2011 software. LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This low-poly model is suitable for various applications, including real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. The model contains 51,280 polygons and 50,728 vertices. GEOMETRY The model's mesh is of high quality, with a clean edge flow. Geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add details or edit geometry. Similar objects are instances, making it easy to change or replace them. A shell modifier has been applied but disabled for glass objects. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered using 3ds Max with V-Ray 3.20. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. A dome sky (VRayLightMtl with texture) and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS The model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures come in a separate archive. All objects are UV mapped, and materials are named properly. ADDITIONAL NOTES No third-party plug-ins are required for this model.
