Model specs are as follows: Blend size: 6.8 Mb Vertices count: 30,600 Polygon count: 28,500 Texturing size: 512 x 512px (PBR) Zip-archive texture size: 6 Mb Brick wall textures were handmade while other textures have CC0 licenses. This model is intended for use in medium to long range architectural visualization. The software Cycles and Eevee render engines support this product. The mesh groups are categorized by material. Removing drainpipes and curtains from the scene results in a low-poly model. Model scale problems can be solved by checking the base's dimensions: Width / Depth / Height of base = 15x15x1 units.
