A real-life scale model of seven residential apartment buildings has been created by a professional architect. The buildings can be purchased separately using the provided IDs. The models were made with 3ds Max 2011 and are measured in centimeters. Each building's specifications are as follows: Building 01 - 124,455 polygons, 135,442 vertices, and dimensions of 40 x 25 x 60 meters; Building 02 - 396,976 polygons, 214,608 vertices, and dimensions of 50 x 95 x 90 meters; Building 03 - 107,524 polygons, 124,508 vertices, and dimensions of 45 x 35 x 75 meters; Building 04 - 92,978 polygons, 79,708 vertices, and dimensions of 40 x 35 x 65 meters. The models are suitable for various purposes, including real-time use, game development, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. The mesh is high quality with clean edge flow and has been tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The geometry is low-poly, allowing for easy editing and addition of details. All similar objects are instances, making it simple to change or replace them. Presentation images are rendered using 3.20 V-Ray with a VRayHDRI map and VRayCamera included. Both V-Ray and Standard materials are provided, along with JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. The models do not require any third-party plug-ins.
