This is a realistic 3D model of seven residential apartment buildings designed by an experienced architect. The buildings can be purchased separately using the IDs provided below. Units of measurement used: centimeters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 software BUILDING 01 - ID - 124,455 polygons - 135,442 vertices - Dimensions: 40x25x60 meters BUILDING 02 - ID - 396,976 polygons - 214,608 vertices - Dimensions: 50x95x90 meters BUILDING 03 - ID - 107,524 polygons - 124,508 vertices - Dimensions: 45x35x75 meters BUILDING 04 - ID - 92,978 polygons - 79,708 vertices - Dimensions: 40x35x65 meters LEVEL OF DETAIL AND USAGE This model is suitable for various purposes, including real-time and game use in Unity and UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. GEOMETRY The model's mesh is of high quality, with clean edge flow. Geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add additional details or edit the geometry. All similar objects are instances, making it easy to change or replace them. Shell Modifiers have been applied and disabled for glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered with 3.20 V-Ray software. Wire images were created using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. VRayHDRI with map and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS This model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures come in a separate archive. All objects have UV mapping, and all materials are named properly.
