The Residential Complex model features four 24-storey apartment houses with parking, designed by a professional architect. It covers around 95,000 sq.m of land, with living spaces amounting to about 48,000 sq.m. Perfect for architects in discussing ideas with clients, the design can be customized based on specific locations and is suitable for student projects. The low-poly mesh allows easy addition of details like window casements and handrails. Two versions are available: one with V-Ray light setup and render settings used for preview images, and another for Default Scanline Renderer with standard 3ds Max materials. Created using 3ds Max 2012, this model is ideal for exterior visualization, realtime/game use, architecture consulting, and education purposes. Units are in millimeters. The model includes 14 separate objects, 1 light, and 14 cameras with a mesh of 13,990 polygons and 16,578 vertices. Properly named scene objects organized by layers, no cleaning is required. Preview images are rendered with V-Ray without any Photoshop or compositing manipulation, ensuring an out-of-the-box rendering experience using the 2.4 version of the V-Ray renderer. Materials include V-Ray and Standard materials, which are physically correct and error-free. Textures feature a 2048x2048 PNG concrete design, with UV mapping for FBX and OBJ files formats. No third-party plug-ins are needed, but manual texture assignment may be required when using FBX or OBJ file formats.
