This is a residential building in 3 different color/material variant of exterior. There is a simple interior, walls, floor, ceiling, stairs, handrail, lift, elevator shaft. All elements have textures : normal, difffuse, roughness (some object also mettalic) usually 2k.Elevation of building has thee diffrent materials to choose. There are some decorations like trash, lamp, sidewalks with handrails, concrete stairs, ventilations system, evacuation stairs, glasses elements are as a separate parts. If you don't need interior, it's possible to delete interior parts (it is separate element). Feel free to change it. In Blender file it is possible to adjust number of floors. Rest files consist 3 building, each different number of floors with different material of elevation, each version has the same mesh/UVMap it is possible to switch materials of elevation.
