This versatile model can be used in a wide range of projects. Initially developed in Sketchup, The final images were rendered using V-ray within an interior setting: the 3D model - its materials. Model resolutions have been carefully optimized for polygon efficiency. Every color can be easily modified by users. The model comes fully textured with all materials already applied. This means that users won't need to clean up or edit any aspect of the model prior to rendering - simply drop your model into the scene and start generating images right away without needing any special plugin. Please note: only a building itself is included in the archive, with no surrounding models present. To further emphasize efficiency, all model resolutions have been optimized for optimal polygon performance. Each color component can be easily altered by users as needed. The Corona 1.8 scene within which this model has been fully textured features all necessary materials applied. No specialized plugin is required to access the included scene or any other files found in this archive. This versatile model supports a range of popular file formats: Autodesk's 3ds Max, OBJ, 3DS, FBX (for multiple file formats), and DWG drawing. The Sketchup format SKP is also supported.
